National NAIDOC Week 2024

Celebrating NAIDOC Week NAIDOC Week, held each year from 7 to 14 July, celebrates the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This year's theme is “Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud & Proud”

AFAC Conference 2024

Australasia’s largest and most comprehensive emergency management conference and exhibition is being held in Sydney this September.

The program include numerous RFS presentations on a range of subjects including our program targeting volunteer leaders of the future, our collaboration with the NT Government providing emergency accommodation shelters,
the Australian Fire Danger Rating System, bushfire intelligence and so much more.
